Cancellation Policy

  • Customer can Cancel the Order when it is NOT yet Shipped.
  • If the Order is Shipped then the Cancellation of Order button will not be available.
  • If the Cancellation is Processed as per norms then the Refund will be initiated within 24 hours
  • The Refund will be provided back to the Original Payment mode.
  • Actual credit of the amount will be done as per the Customers Bank process and should be done within 7-10 days.
  • In case the product is shipped , customer may choose refuse to take the order and return at the time of Delivery.
  • In that case once the Product is received back to the seller, Refund will be initiated.
  • Actual Credit of the amount will be done as per Customer Bank and ideally will take 7-10 days and also the refund will be done in the Original Mode of Payment.
  • Return will follow the Return Policy.
  • For COD orders - Refund will be done to the bank account through NEFT order. Communication through mail will be initiated by Sarikart
