Return and Refund Policy

  • Customer can Return the Product Purchased within 3 days of Receiving the Product.
  • Return can be initiated by customer by clicking the Return button against each of the order.
  • The Return request will show againts the Order in both Sarikart Admin and in Sellers admin.
  • Sarikart will initiate the Return request in the LSP dashboard
  • Customer must pack the product properly with the associated label..Return labels has to be generated and printed by the customer and pasted on the product packet.
  • Customer must have the Tag intact while returning the material
  • Invoice should be also provided inside the packet
  • LSP will Return the Product to the Origin (RTO)
  • Return Charges for LSP will be borne by Sarikart.But if the Return is due to the incorrect Product or damaged product sent then the Charges will be borne by the Seller
  • Once the Packet received by the seller and the product is verified for the Quality ,Flag of approval will be initiated by the seller
  • Refund process will be initiated by Sarikart within 24 hours of Packet Delivered status.On account of no information is generated as per point 9, sarikart will initiate the Refund
  • The Refund will be done on the Original Mode of Payment or to Wallet as per option selected by the Customer
  • Actual Credit of the amount will be done as per Customer Bank and ideally will take 7-10 days and also the refund will be done in the Original Mode of Payment.
  • The Entire process of the Return and Refund will be done within 15 days of initiation of the Return
  • For COD order , the amount will be credited to the Bank ,the details will be taken from the customer once Refund initiation process starts, and will be credited through NEFT
  • GST value will also will be Refunded
