We have selected the name Sarikart to reflect rich Indian tradition.

However, we provide widest range of products and brands required by a modern woman. Apart from sari, our offering for women includes products like blouse, jewelry, footwear, handbag , western wear etc.

While we source from the conventional ones, our supply line extends even to remote parts of India in the spirit of Vocal for Local. For example, we source products even from the villages of North East, Odisha etc.

We have received the export license from the relevant authorities. We will start selling internationally very soon.

How to Place and Order?

  1. Choose the Product
  2. Click on Add to Cart or Click Buy to land on the One Page Checkout Page
  3. From Add to Cart click Proceed to land on the One Page Checkout Page
  4. Provide the details
    1. Login with details or sign up
    2. Provide the Shipping Address
    3. Select the Payment Method
    4. Make the Payment

 

How to Return and Get Refund of the Order?

  • Go to My Account under Profile
  • Generate a Return Request using (RMA)
  • Go through the Return and Refund Policy at

 

How to Cancel the Order?

How do I see the Status of my Order?

You will be sent a Link once the Shipment is created for your Order.You can Click on the Link to see the status of your Order.

 

Can I order a Product labelled as “Out of Stock”?

No, you cannot order the Out of Stock Products but you can add to the Wishlist. In case you have ordered an out of Stock item, the Order will be cancelled from our end. In case you have made any payment on an Out of Stock item, it will be refunded to you.

 

What are the Shipping Charges and Policy?

If I am not able to take the Delivery First Time, will a Re-attempt be done?

Yes, Reattempt will be done thrice.

 

My Order is Approved but not yet dispatched for more then 2 days?

Please write at Support@sarikart.com with your Order ID,EmailID,PhoneNo.

 

How do I know that the Order is confirmed?

Please check in My order Section under Profile.

 

I have not received the Invoice?

  • Please check your email Id that has been provided
  • Please check the Spam or Junk Folder of your email ID
  • Incase you your email ID was right or it is not in Spam folder write to support@sarikart with your OrderID

 

How to Track the Order?

1. All Customer will get an SMS for Tracking the Order after the Order is confirmed

Can I change the Delivery Date of the Order?

There is no Process for changing the Date of Delivery. However we can send us the Request at support@sarikart.com, we will try to give you the Best Solution.

 

What is Sarikart Usage Policy?

Our whole and Sole mission is to provide the Best Experience for our Customers. It is observed in this business that there are certain accounts who misuse and abuse the liberal shipping and Return policy. These accounts would return most of the items bought or choose to not accept our shipments. Hence, our regular customers are deprived of the opportunity to buy these items. To protect the rights of our customers, we reserve the right to collect shipping charge of Rs. 139 for all orders and disable cash on delivery option for accounts which have high percentage of returns and shipments not accepted by value of orders placed.

 

Can I check whether Sarikart Delivers product in my Pincode?

Yes there is Pincode Check option at the Product Description level or at the checkout Level.

 

Can I check whether Sarikart has a COD Facility in my Pincode?

Yes there is Pincode Check option at the Product Description level or at the checkout Level.

 

I have Received a Partial Item or Order,what should I do?

Please send a mail at support@sarikart.com with the OrderID, Name, Phone No. We will contact you immediately.

 

Why My Return or Cancellation Request has been Rejected?

The Product that has been returned may get rejected due to the reason that product have been received as damaged or tag not there or for any other reasons which does not match the Quality or Quantity of product that has been Supplied. In case you want to get the Product back, Shipping Charges ,as applicable , has to be provided by the customer.

 

How can I make the Payments?

There are several payment modes. Please check the few below. All the options will be displayed during check out.

 

COD Rules and Process

  • COD Services are allowed in few
  • COD Charges of Rs 50 or 2% of the Invoice value which ever is higher will be charged to the Invoice

 

What are GST Charges for Customers?

GST Charges are as per government regulation.

 

How do I apply a coupon on my order?

There is an Apply Discount Section in the Checkpout Section Under Billing Address Block.

 

Can I use Sarikart to send gifts to others??
