Sarikart is an ecommerce marketplace and you can buy 365 days 24x7 as per your convenience on our portal sarikart.com which can be accessed through desktop, tablets or smart phones

How do I place an order on sarikart.com?

For Registered users:

  • Select product/s
  • ‘Add to cart’ of “Buy Now’
  • Proceed to checkout, verify the shipping address, make payment and its done

For New Users:

  • Select product/s
  • ‘Add to cart’ of “Buy Now’
  • Proceed to checkout, verify the shipping address, make payment and its done
How do I return and get refund for my order?
  • Go to My Account under Profile
  • Generate a Return Request using (RMA)

How do I check the status of my order?

You will be sent a link on your registered mail id once the shipment is created for your order. You can click on this link to see the status of your order.

Can I order a product labelled as “Out of Stock?

You cannot order an Out-of-Stock Products but you can add it to wishlist. In case you have ordered an out-of-Stock product, we will be cancel your order and in case any payment has been made, it would be refunded to you.

Are there any Shipping charges?

Shipping is usually free unless otherwise mentioned.

What If I am not able to take delivery the first time?

No need to worry, your shipment will be safe. The shipper will, re-attempt delivery thrice and usually call before delivery is made.

My Order is Approved but not yet dispatched what can I do?

No need to worry. Since products especially sarees are handwoven by weavers, it may happen that dispatch takes time. Please write a mail to support@sarikart.com or WhatsApp us 9835692764 with Order ID, Phone No and Name. We will connect with you immediately.

How do I know that the Order is confirmed?

Please check the My orders section under your profile on sarikart.com.

I have not received the Invoice?
  • Please check your email Id provided to sarikart
  • Please check your Spam or Junk Folder

How do I track my Order?

You will get an SMS for once the order is confirmed. This SMS would contain a link for you to track your order.

Can I change the Delivery Date of the Order?

Delivery date is usually autogenerated. However, you can write to us at support@sarikart.com or WhatsApp us on 9835692764 and we will try to help

Can I check whether Sarikart delivers product to my pin code?

Yes, there is pin code check option before checkout where you can check if your pin code is deliverable

I have received a partial Item or order, what can I do?

Why has my return or cancellation request has been rejected?

Your return cancellation request may be rejected due to any of the following reasons:

  • The Product that has been returned may get rejected due to the reason that product have been received as damaged.
  • without original tag or
  • product returned does not match the quality or quantity of product that has been delivered
  • or for any other reason as mentioned in our returns policy on sarikart.com.
  • You would need to re-order the product you want, in which case shipping charges may apply
How can I make the Payments?

There are several payment modes. All the options are displayed during check out.

Currently, we are not providing COD.
What are GST charges for customers?

GST Charges are as per government regulations, selling price would usually include GST.

How do I apply a coupon on my order?

Can I use Sarikart to send gifts to others?
